Can we communicate with the dead? Certified Medium Rev. Sherry Lee Calkins says we can. She explains Spiritualism, a religious system which claims that "communication with the dead is a scientifically-proven fact." She shares a story of spiritual contact with her deceased mother, and talks about her work with angels. For five generations, Sherry's family has lived in Lily Dale, NY, a members-only community of spiritualists and mediums. Since its beginning in 1879, such figures as Mahatma Gandhi, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Franklin D. Roosevelt has sought advice and counsel from Lily Dale's resident spiritualists.
