Bishop William E. Swing continues his explanation of the significance of the United Religious Initiative Charter. Bishop Swing has pursued this charter since 1993, and hopes it will promote "peace among religions for the sake of the entire order of life." He is the Episcopal Bishop for the State of California and author of the book "The Coming United Religions."
